ONE VETERINARIAN EQUALS 25 DOCTORS........It's two o'clock in the morning and your pet is sick.
You can immediately call Cavan Hills Veterinary Services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.........ANY TIME
Your pet receives treatment and is back to normal. Did you ever stop to think about your veterinarian?
Many people still believe veterinary medicine to be an almost vocational trade, something learned on the farm.
The reality is that a veterinarian is a highly educated person, skilled in preventative medicine, diagnosing, and treating animal health problems.
In your lifetime, there are 25 men or women that will take you from birth to death: the obstetrician, pediatrician, orthodontist, endodontist, internist, surgeon, radiologist, anesthesiologist, gynecologist, endocrinologist, psychiatrist, psychologist, urologist, orthopedist, dermatologist, ophthalmologist, otolaryngologist, neurologist, psychoanalyst, metabolist, oncologist, dietician, cardiologist, geriatrist, and pathologist. (In addition, you may see a naturopath, chiropractor, and/or an acupuncturist.) But only one person takes your pet through its life... a veterinarian.
Cavan Hills Reception
At Cavan Hills Veterinary Services we provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required.
The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas. At Cavan Hills Veterinary Services we offer a wide range of veterinary care thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy, just like Dr Masers dog "Smudge" below.

Smudge... Sadly missed and remembered forever.
